The Tennessee Agricultural Enhancement Program (TAEP) was created in 2005 to provide cost-share assistance to the state’s agricultural producers. The program is designed to help farmers make strategic, long-term investments that strengthen their operations and benefit their local communities. By participating in TAEP, producers can improve profitability, increase efficiency, enhance safety, adapt to market changes, and contribute to economic growth across Tennessee. From 2005 through 2025, TAEP has invested more than $309 million in 97,855 producer projects statewide.
