Solar powered fence charger

I have set this charger up as part of a backup system for when my current charger fails. I do not know how well the system works over a long period, but worked well on the test run. I am using a group 24 12 V battery and a 20 Watt solar panel to charge the battery. I appreciate the fact that the battery info let me know that a 10 Watt charger is required.
